Oncology Nurse Navigator: Care Coordinator & Advocate

Kaweah Health seeks an RN Oncology Nurse Navigator to coordinate cancer care from diagnosis through survivorship in Visalia, CA. You will serve as the primary contact, guiding patients and families, coordinating appointments and testing, and addressing barriers to ensure timely, high-quality care.

You will provide patient education, advocate for patient preferences, and connect families with community resources while collaborating with the oncology team to implement plan of care.
