Clinical Nurse Manager / Oncology RN Manager

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead daily clinical operations and evaluate patient care
- Direct nurses, medical assistants, lab staff, and pharmacy technicians
- Assign workloads and provide clinical education
- Maintain regulatory and clinical standards
- Implement emergency procedures when necessary
- Support high-quality oncology nursing and clinical operations
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Maryland or multistate RN license
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Current CPR and OCN certification
- Five years experience in a clinic or hospital
- Oncology experience strongly preferred; outpatient, infusion, and management experience valued
