Days Per Month: 14 shifts per month
On-Call/Weekends: No call; weekends included as part of the 7 on/7 off schedule
Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified
- Active Idaho License or Active IMLC LOQ
- Proof of COVID vaccine by time of presentation
- Availability to cover 14 shifts per month on a 7 on/7 off schedule and clean background noted at time of name clear
