Oncology – Advanced Practice Provider – Inpatient Float Position
CHOC Specialists, in conjunction with Rady Children’s Health – Orange County, is seeking a qualified advanced practice pediatric oncology provider. The provider will function as a clinical expert supporting the management of pediatric oncology patients in a family‑centered care environment. Under the direction of the Attending Physician and following established procedures, the provider will evaluate, diagnose, and treat oncology patients in an outpatient setting, assist in developing and implementing care plans for the outpatient clinic or infusion center (OPI), and collaborate with a multidisciplinary oncology team while providing consultation and education to patients and families.

Rate of pay is determined by factors such as experience, education, and position requirements.
The successful candidate must be a California‑licensed and certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with at least two years of bedside experience in direct oncology care. Excellent communication skills are required. One year of clinical Practice Assistant/Nurse Practitioner experience is desired, but not mandatory.
