What You’ll Do:
- Provide expert hematology consultation and diagnosis for benign blood disorders
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on cancer treatment plans
- Participate in clinics, hospital consultations, and follow-up care
- Support clinical research initiatives and innovative cancer therapies
- Use the EPIC medical record platform for documentation and coordination
- Contribute to patient education and overall quality care standards
- Engage in a shared weekly call rotation with regional colleagues
What You Need:
- Valid medical license in Louisiana or eligibility for licensure
- Certification or eligibility in Hematology (per Board certification standards)
- Clinical experience in benign hematology preferred but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
