Oncology Clinical Trial Growth Lead — Patient Enrollment

Massive Bio is seeking a Patient Growth Manager to lead the engine that identifies cancer patients and enrolls them into clinical trials. You will own the end-to-end enrollment funnel—identification, outreach, qualification, site referral, screening, consent, and randomization—across internal and external teams and partners to drive throughput.

You will build scalable processes, manage a growing team, and work across countries and time zones to accelerate access to trials for patients.
