Oncology Clinical Research Registered Nurse (RN) – 40 hours/week, day shift

Beverly, MA • Beverly Hospital • Full-time • DayWhen you join the growing BILH team, you're not just taking a job, you’re making a difference in people’s lives.Job Description:This position operates within a multidisciplinary team to support clinical research from implementation of a protocol/trial, to patient support, through active data monitoring.Collaborates with local hematology/oncology physicians, nurses, pharmacy, office support staff as well as other research members across the BILH network t stay up to date with new and ongoing oncology research and operationsAssists investigators to meet the needs defined by particular studiesWorks alongside providers to recruit and consent patients to various trialsProvides both supportive and direct patient care to those who enroll to a trial including scheduling collaboration, symptom monitoring and maintenance, and follow up care/monitoringActs as an active member on all multidisciplinary tumor boards and department committeesClinical resource nurses will work at both the Beverly Hospital and Addison Gilbert Hospital campuses.Education/Experience:Must have 3-5 years of oncology experience, superb organizational and communication skills, comfortable with autonomous and independent workCertification/License:MA RN licenseBLS and ACLSIV certification preferredPay Range:$37.00 – $84.71This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement. The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. The pay range for this position is established and governed by the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
