Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center is seeking a part-time clinical pharmacist (0.5 FTE) at our Issaquah location. The pharmacist will provide pharmacotherapeutic recommendations, participate in education and research activities, and support specialty medication access.
Responsibilities include drug therapy reviews, monitoring, and collaboration with providers. A Washington pharmacist license and 2+ years of experience are required; PharmD preferred.
