Oncology Clinical Care Navigator

To support a growing oncology practice, the full-time Clinical Care Navigator, Oncology Flex will manage a caseload of oncology patients, coordinate care pathways, and ensure high-quality patient experiences while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary advisor to eligible patients, promoting the benefits of Carrum Centers of Excellence Manage a moderate caseload requiring coordinated referrals, clinical triage, scheduling, and follow-up Ensure accurate clinical documentation and coordinate with external providers and internal partners for seamless care delivery Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) License required Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required Experience in oncology nursing or dedicated oncology navigation required 2+ years of experience in a consultative, sales, or patient-conversion role preferred Spanish speaking preferred
