To support a dynamic healthcare environment, the part-time Informatics Clinical Data Curator will navigate various healthcare systems to review patient records, curate disease-related data, and collaborate with multiple teams while working remotely on a 1099 contract basis. Key responsibilities: Manually review patient charts to curate data from unstructured sources Define data element requirements to assist in SQL queries for structured data Organize data from multiple sources, including retrospective and concurrent medical record curation Required qualifications: Healthcare professional degree qualification (RN, Ph.D., MD, CPhT, MA) highly preferred Minimum of an associate degree in nursing or a bachelor's degree in a related field required Oncology Certified Nurse certification (or similar) is preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience in oncology or hematology required Basic understanding of ICD-10 coding is required
