Onboarding Operations Specialist (Fully Remote)

You will own the Network Inventory onboarding process, ensuring customer success from day one. You will report to the Strategy Operations Associate and partner with Sales and Product teams. Responsibilities: Oversee and project manage the network inventory onboarding process, including leading biweekly customer calls. Manage the day-to-day activities of an offshore onboarding team and improve workflows. Qualifications: 1-2+ years in startup operations, tech, or consulting with strong project management skills. High comfort with Excel, high EQ for customer-facing and team management, and strong organizational skills. Compensation: Base salary range $85,000–$110,000, plus 5% annual bonus and equity package.
