Seeking a compliance-savvy and analytical Onboarding Compliance Ambassador, this full-time temporary position will manage the background check process, ensure adherence to onboarding standards, and collaborate with various stakeholders to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience remotely for a duration of 5 months. Key responsibilities: Manage the background check process, identifying improvements and ensuring compliance Partner with stakeholders across departments to ensure a compliant onboarding experience Review background check reports and communicate with candidates regarding findings Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources, Business, or related field 1+ years of experience in Human Resources, operations, onboarding, or compliance Strong understanding of FCRA and background check laws Experience with HRIS systems and onboarding platforms; familiarity with Sterling is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formulas
