On-Site Program ManagerThe On-Site Program Manager serves as the dedicated, on-site representative for Total Safety at large industrial customer locations. This role provides consistent account ownership, manages all on-site programs, and ensures high levels of customer satisfaction, operational performance, and sales growth.The OSPM operates with a high degree of independence, making day-to-day decisions to resolve issues, improve service, and support account success.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer & Account ManagementServe as the primary on-site contact for all customer interactionsBuild strong relationships across all levels of the customer organizationRespond to and resolve service issues using sound judgment and root cause analysisConduct regular site walkthroughs to assess program performanceSupport account reviews and identify growth opportunitiesRepresent Total Safety professionally at all timesProgram ManagementOversee all on-site programs (VMI, vending, and value-added services)Manage program setup, changes, performance, and continuous improvementEnsure all equipment and service areas are operational and well-maintainedCoordinate with internal teams and vendors as neededApply contract terms and compliance requirements in daily operationsInventory & OperationsMonitor inventory levels, usage trends, and replenishment needsConduct audits and resolve discrepanciesOversee storage, product flow, and on-site organizationCoordinate urgent or special fulfillment needsMaintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environmentReporting & AdministrationTrack and report on program performance, inventory, and service metricsMaintain accurate records of all activities and transactionsAnalyze data to identify trends and recommend improvementsCommunicate key updates and insights to internal stakeholdersQualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred3+ years in account management, program management, or industrial distributionExperience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferredSkills & AbilitiesStrong customer service and relationship-building skillsAbility to work independently and make sound decisionsStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn systems quicklyKnowledge of inventory management principlesWork Environment & RequirementsPrimarily based in industrial/manufacturing facilitiesRequires standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and working around equipmentMust meet all site safety and compliance requirementsValid driver's license and reliable transportation requiredPerformance FocusSuccess in this role is measured by:Customer satisfaction and responsivenessInventory accuracy and program performanceIssue resolution and follow-throughSales support and account growthAbility to work independently and make effective decisionsEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
