We are seeking a hands-on HR professional to support plant operations and partner closely with leadership on the shop floor. This role plays a critical part in driving employee relations, workforce performance, and a strong, accountable culture within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Be present on the plant floor, supporting day-to-day HR operations and building relationships with hourly and salaried employees
• Partner with supervisors and plant leadership to address employee relations issues, performance concerns, and team development
• Ensure consistent application of company policies, procedures, and compliance with all labor laws and regulations
• Support recruiting efforts for hourly and skilled trades roles, including onboarding and workforce planning
• Drive initiatives around training, performance management, and continuous improvement of HR processes
• Track and analyze key workforce metrics such as turnover, attendance, and productivity to support operational goals
• Worker's Compensation and must have a sense of urgency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 5+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or plant environment
• Experience supporting hourly workforces; union experience is a plus
• Strong ability to build trust on the floor and influence at all levels of the organization
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with HRIS systems (ADP or similar) preferred
