On-Site Career Programs Director

The role ensures compliance with DOL guidelines, PRH, and Center policies while directing interviewing, hiring, training, and performance monitoring.

You will supervise staff, foster employer referrals, and strengthen community outreach; lead staff meetings, analyze performance data, and implement corrective actions.
