In this role, you will install, support, and troubleshoot managed print services software (Remote Monitoring Services) for both internal teams and external clients.This position is ideal for someone who is technically inclined, customer-focused, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. This role provides direct assistance to external clients, contract administrators, and sales representatives. The ideal candidate is technically minded, proactive, customer focused, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and maintain remote monitoring software for clientsTroubleshoot software and connectivity issues for internal and external usersProvide timely support via phone, email, and ticketing systemDocument troubleshooting steps and resolutions in CRMCollaborate with development teams on system improvementsPerform routine system maintenance and monitoringComplete MPS Monitor training within 30 daysWork toward team goals, KPIs, and technical certificationsQualificationsAssociate's degree or higher + 1+ year of customer service experience1–2 years of help desk or technical support experienceStrong communication and customer service skillsBasic knowledge of networking and database conceptsProficiency in Microsoft Windows and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)Strong organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentPreferred:Microsoft SQL experienceWindows Server experienceWhat We OfferCareer growth and advancement opportunitiesCollaborative, team-oriented environmentMedical, dental, vision, and life insurance401(k) with company matchPTO, vacation, and sick leaveFSA/HSA optionsEqual Opportunity EmployerPacific Office Automation is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in the workplace.
