Fay School in Southborough, Massachusetts, seeks a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to lead the school’s financial health and operations. The CFO will oversee business offices, HR, and compliance, reporting to the Head of School and serving on the leadership team.
Starting June 15, 2027, the CFO will build a durable financial foundation, guide budgeting, and support governance and strategic initiatives while Fay grows its educational mission for a diverse student body across grades K-9.
