As a Kelly substitute, you'll also enjoy: free pre-hire training (for substitute teacher and paraprofessional positions), paid orientation, rate of pay: regular paraprofessional $17.00/hour, special education paraprofessional $20.00/hour, ongoing professional development, steady, yet flexible, work you can feel good about, and weekly pay.
