As such, the position is vital to the perception the community has of all the organizations that constitute Shadow Mountain Ministries. He/she helps to provide that personal touch that is so important to the ministries we provide.
This role will fill the morning or afternoon reception shift on an as needed basis when our regular receptionists have time off.Tasks Include:Answer and route phone calls in a switchboard environmentGreet and assist people who come into the Administration BuildingSort mailAid delivery drivers or individuals who are dropping off or picking up itemsAssist ministries with small projects as neededQualificationsMust be pleasant and welcoming on the phone and in personMust be able to exhibit patience with difficult callersAbility to multitask and successfully work in a busy environmentBasic computer skills navigate the Shadow Mountain website, Word, Outlook, ExcelFamiliarity with Shadow Mountain and its ministries is a plus
