On-Call Program AssociatesN Street Village is the largest provider of services for women experiencing homelessness in Washington, DC. We are a community rooted in dignity, healing, and empowerment—and we're growing our on-call team!We are hiring five (5) On-Call Program Associates to support our clients across any of our seven locations throughout Washington, DC. This team plays a critical role in maintaining safe, supportive, and mission-driven environments for women in our day center, low-barrier shelter, temporary shelter, and supportive housing programs.If you are passionate about making a difference and want a flexible role that lets you support women when they need it most this is the opportunity for you.About the RoleAs an On-Call Program Associate, you'll step in to support programs during staff shortages, peak times, emergencies, or special needs.
You must be able to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
