Location: Shakopee, MN
Wage: $19.76 - $20.24 per hour
Hours: On-call / As-needed (Monday - Friday)
- 1st Shift: 6:30 am - 3:00 pm, Monday - Friday
- 2nd Shift: 3:30 pm - 12:00 am or 12:30 am, Monday - Friday

- Identify and separate recyclable materials from incoming waste streams
- Monitor material quality to ensure all recycling guidelines are met
- Help maintain an organized and hazard-free sorting facility
- Assist with specialized recycling projects and facility upkeep
- Collaborate with the team to improve facility diversion rates
- Experience in waste management or outdoor labor is a plus
- Reliable transportation to the Shakopee facility
- Comfortable working in an open-air environment with dust and weather changes
- Flexibility to accept shifts on an as-needed basis
- Physical ability to lift 30-50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify required)
