Three Oaks Hospice is seeking a compassionate On-Call Registered Nurse to join our team, delivering skilled nursing care to patients in their homes and coordinating with the care team. The ideal candidate holds an accredited nursing degree, current RN license, CPR certification, and at least two years of RN experience, preferably in hospice or home health.
Proficiency with computers and MS Office is preferred, and a valid driver's license is required.
