On Call Hospice Nurses Needed!
7 days on - 7 days off shifts available
Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding position as an on-call Hospice On Call Nurse ? We are searching for compassionate, dynamic, energetic, organized and efficient professionals with hospice experience to become part of our Hospice Family servicing the Macomb, Oakland and Wayne County areas .
Responsibilities
- Triage patient calls
- Make patient visits, perform tuck-ins, and handle admissions as needed
- Participate in field visits daily and weekly office meetings as indicated
- Adapt to patient status and needs on an on-call basis
Qualifications
- Current Michigan RN license in good standing
- 1 year hospice experience preferred but not required
- Empathetic approach to patients and caregivers
- Ability to adapt to patient status and needs on an on-call basis
