On-Air Talent And ProgrammerEagle Media of Hays is looking for a full-time, On-Air talent and Programmer to join our team! We are a locally focused media company dedicated to keeping our community informed, connected and engaged through radio, digital and local news.This position is scheduled Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm, with occasional evening and weekend hours needed.What your job includes:Hosting on-air shiftsFill in on morning shows (live and/or recorded)Produce and edit commercial and promotional audioRecord clients and assist in developing effective messagingManage dubbing and organization of commercial contentAssist with severe weather coverage and local broadcast productionSupport studio production for local sports broadcastsContribute creative ideas for programming and promotionsWhat we're looking for:Outgoing, engaging personality with strong communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyCreative thinker with passion for radio and local contentBasic audio production and editing skillsFlexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, live broadcast environmentAt Eagle Media, you'll be part of a team that values creativity, community, and connection, while having the opportunity to grow your skills across multiple platforms.Compensation is commensurate with experience along with a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k), paid vacation and Employee Stock Ownership Plan.Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.
