Omnichannel Project Manager - Contract - Remote, US

Proclinical is seeking an Omnichannel Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex omnichannel technology initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities:

In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage integrated project plans, and ensure seamless orchestration across various platforms and systems. This position requires a strong focus on collaboration, technical expertise, and the ability to drive measurable outcomes.

Skills & Requirements:

• Background in business, technology, information systems, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience managing cross-functional technology initiatives involving multiple systems, teams, and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, data flows, identity management, CRM, customer data platforms, marketing automation, and cloud-based solutions.
• Proficiency in managing requirements, architecture, design dependencies, testing, releases, and operational handoffs.
• Strong skills in JIRA, Confluence, project planning tools, agile methodologies, and executive reporting.

The Omnichannel Project Manager's responsibilities will be:

• Lead the delivery of omnichannel technology projects from discovery through post-launch stabilization.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans, milestones, schedules, and decision logs.
• Break down broad capability goals into actionable phases, work packages, and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate efforts across data management, web platforms, customer engagement platforms, MarTech, analytics, privacy, and security teams.
• Maintain a comprehensive view of how data, identity, consent, content, channels, and platform capabilities interconnect to support customer journeys.
• Facilitate working sessions to clarify system roles, data handoffs, integration points, and ownership boundaries.

Compensation:

• $100 to $115 per hour.
