Position Overview:


We are looking to add an Omnichannel Merchandising Manager to our organization in a highly visible

role that reports directly to the Executive Vice President of Framesi North America, while maintaining a

reporting line to the SVP, Brand and Strategy. This is an on-site position based at our Leetsdale, PA office

(Pittsburgh area); it is not a remote or hybrid role.


The Omnichannel Merchandising Manager will play a key part in the continued growth of framesi sales

activity including, but not limited to, distributor sales consultant and store initiatives, framesi house/direct

accounts, the Framesi B2C website (Shopify), third-party (3P) consumer sales across e-commerce and

brick-and-mortar retail, BSG merchandising and B2B e-commerce, and e-commerce/online marketplace

channels, while also responsible for project management of new product launches and sales initiatives to

critical path, analysis, decision support, and optimization of framesi sales programs including: Framesi

Sales Staff accountability and reporting, distributor sales consultant sales programs and store

merchandising, store inventory, promotions and marketing campaigns (including promotional calendar

planning, trade spend tracking, and effectiveness analysis), in-store education, e-commerce and

marketplace performance (including pricing/MAP compliance and product content), demand forecasting

and inventory planning, channel performance scorecards, competitive intelligence, and aisle demo

program.


Tactical Job Responsibilities:


  • Extensive and proactive interaction, with travel required, to meet with Framesi distributors, salon customers, and Framesi Sales Staff.
  • Support e-commerce and online marketplace initiatives (including Amazon), monitoring sales performance, inventory levels, and promotional activity across digital channels.
  • Provide sales support for the Framesi B2C website, including monitoring order activity, product assortment, pricing, and promotional performance.
  • Support third-party (3P) consumer sales across e-commerce and brick-and-mortar channels (e.g., Walmart Marketplace or equivalent), including listing management, sales and inventory tracking, and promotional coordination.
  • Manage BSG merchandising relationships and support sales and promotion programs, including BSG B2B e-commerce.
  • Plan and manage the promotional calendar across all channels, and analyze promotion meffectiveness (e.g., sales lift, ROI, margin impact) to guide future programs.
  • Maintain execution to the critical path for all new product launches and sales initiatives across all sales channels, including B2B and B2C.
  • Monitor pricing and minimum advertised price (MAP) compliance across online marketplaces and third-party retailers, identifying unauthorized sellers and escalating violations.
  • Manage product content and listing accuracy (item setup, descriptions, imagery, and pricing) macross the Framesi B2C website (Shopify), BSG B2B e-commerce, Amazon, Walmart
  • Marketplace, and other channels.
  • Coordinate new product launch readiness, including item setup, SKU forecasts, sell-in materials, and launch timing with distributors and retail partners.
  • Support demand forecasting and inventory planning by channel and account, partnering with Operations to prevent stock-outs during promotions and launches.
  • Track trade spend, promotional accruals, deductions, and co-op funds against budget.
  • Monitor competitive activity, including pricing, promotions, and product launches across professional and consumer channels, and report insights to management.
  • Develop and maintain channel performance scorecards and KPI reporting for B2B, B2C, 3P, and distributor channels.
  • Partner with Marketing and Education teams to align campaigns, digital/social content, and meducation programs with the promotional calendar and product launches.
  • Leverage data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, NetSuite/ERP exports, dashboards) to support distribution strategy and business operations decision-making.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and present findings to management.
  • Participate in the development of annual financial plans, business updates, and strategic plans.
  • Utilizing vendor portals as well as the framesi accounting system.
  • Assisting the Customer Service department and Shipping department includes order entry and invoice processing, as needed
  • Provide accurate and timely analysis for Framesi Sales Staff, key distributor sales consultant, and store programs to support month-end reporting.
  • Partner with the Logistics and Field Sales teams to record and reconcile store inventory activity.
  • Manage performance of Framesi Sales Staff Quarterly/Monthly/Weekly Activity and Reporting, including report template management, activity assignments, and organizer and reviewer of Sales Staff activity completed, as needed.


Education and Experience Requirements:

  • B.A / B.S. Business, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent related experience.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years related experience with a 4-year degree.
  • Retail Store Operations or Merchandising background preferred.
  • Demonstrated initiative and aptitude to work independently.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Up to 30% travel required.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (basic formulas, vlookups, graphs/charts) and aptitude for systems.
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and other desktop tools.
  • In depth understanding of Store Operations and Merchandising.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Project management skills, including managing critical path timelines for product launches and
  • promotional programs.
  • Ability to learn and use automated systems (accounting/inventory, ERP such as NetSuite).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and online marketplace platforms (e.g., Shopify/Shopify Plus, Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Walmart Marketplace) is a plus.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
