We are hiring dependable and motivated Omni Machine Operators for full-time, temp-to-hire positions in the Melbourne, FL Industrial Park. In this hands-on role, you will operate production machinery, load and unload materials, monitor equipment performance, and inspect finished products to ensure high quality and safety standards across flexible shifts.
Responsibilities:
* Operate basic production machinery following established work instructions and production schedules.
* Load and unload raw materials, parts, and components into production equipment.
* Monitor machine operations and make basic adjustments as trained and authorized.
* Inspect finished products for defects to maintain strict quality standards.
* Keep workstations clean, safe, and report any equipment problems or quality concerns to supervisors.
Requirements:
* Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
* Basic mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail.
* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong attendance, reliability, and willingness to perform repetitive tasks.
* Must be willing to complete a required drug screening prior to placement.
