Oligonucleotide Development Leader (PMO/ASO)

Dyne Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director of Oligonucleotide Development to lead the chemical synthesis strategy for PMO and ASO payloads, managing internal teams and external CDMOs. The role covers preclinical through IND-enabling GMP manufacturing, aiming for robust, scalable, and cost-effective processes within a matrixed environment.
