To support a growing team, the contract Okta Architect will lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable identity solutions for enterprise environments, working remotely until December 31, 2026. Key responsibilities Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Okta solutions, including SSO and MFA Conduct discovery workshops, gather requirements, and deliver Proofs of Concepts (POCs) for complex IAM use cases Provide technical leadership and mentorship to delivery teams while ensuring solutions align with security best practices and compliance frameworks Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) with expertise in enterprise IAM Proven experience architecting and implementing Okta solutions at enterprise scale Strong expertise in OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, and modern authentication patterns Hands-on experience with Okta Universal Directory, Workflows, and application integrations Technical background in JavaScript, Node.js, Java, or similar development technologies
