Oklahoma Licensed Therapist

To support a growing virtual mental health practice, an Oklahoma Licensed Therapist will provide 100% remote outpatient therapy for lower to moderate acuity populations while managing a consistent caseload in a full-time capacity. Key responsibilities Deliver outpatient therapy sessions, including 60-minute intakes and follow-ups Maintain a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals and minimal administrative tasks Exercise independent clinical judgment and decision-making within evidence-based standards Required qualifications Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA) Experience managing an outpatient caseload in a structured clinical setting Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Experience with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care) is highly desired
