To support a growing team, the full-time Oklahoma Licensed Telephonic Case Manager will manage treatment plans for injured individuals, collaborating with healthcare providers and employers to facilitate recovery and return to work in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Demonstrate knowledge and competency in case management standards while advising on treatment plans Interview disabled individuals to assess recovery and collaborate with healthcare providers to create tailored treatment plans Independently manage workload, prioritizing cases and modifying goals based on patient improvement Required qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing URAC-recognized certification in case management (e.g., CCM, CDMS, CRC) Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field 2+ years of clinical practice experience, preferably in workers' compensation Reliable internet access for remote work
