To support a growing telehealth practice, the full-time Oklahoma Licensed Telehealth Nurse Practitioner will provide clinical care to patients with opioid use disorder and related mental health conditions, collaborating with a team to deliver compassionate, evidence-based treatment in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Determine and adjust individualized treatment plans for patients, consulting with experienced providers as needed Utilize behavioral interventions to motivate patients and conduct behavioral health evaluations for various mental health services Monitor patient progress, manage medications, and provide education on opioid use disorder and treatment options Required qualifications Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Active DEA license or willingness to obtain one upon job offer Fully licensed to practice in Oklahoma; additional licenses in other states are a plus Experience or willingness to learn about medication for opioid use disorder Comfortable working in a remote telehealth environment and with diverse populations
