To support a Clinical Engagement Services Center, the part-time Oklahoma Licensed Clinical Pharmacist will conduct telephonic consultations, perform comprehensive medication reviews, and provide patient education while working remotely from Oklahoma. Key responsibilities Conduct telephonic consultations and comprehensive medication reviews with members Review medications to identify gaps in care, adherence concerns, and therapeutic opportunities Document patient care interventions and maintain HIPAA compliance while meeting productivity expectations Required qualifications Must reside in Oklahoma Active and unrestricted Oklahoma Pharmacist license Strong knowledge of disease-state management and the 5 Core Elements of MTM Services 1+ year of experience working remotely/independently in a cross-functional environment Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
