To support critical public-sector initiatives, the part-time Oklahoma Licensed AS400 Developer will maintain and optimize legacy applications, administer databases, and collaborate with managed hosting partners in a hybrid-remote environment. Key Responsibilities Maintain, modify, and optimize custom applications written in RPG and Control Language while troubleshooting operational issues Serve as the primary technical contact for managed hosting providers, administering application-level security and managing job schedules Query and tune DB2 databases, optimizing SQL queries and ensuring secure data transfers between systems Required Qualifications Minimum of five years of hands-on experience in AS400 / IBM i / iSeries application development and support Advanced proficiency in RPG IV (ILE RPG), RPGLE, CL, and SQL for DB2 on i Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize DB2 for i relational databases Proven experience in coordinating with third-party managed AS400 environments Practical knowledge of IBM i administration, including user profile permissions and application-level security management
