Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Integration Cloud Developer to build, enhance, and support enterprise-level integrations. This role involves designing robust integration solutions, handling EDI-based data exchanges, and collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to ensure reliable and secure system connectivity.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate integration requirements and design scalable, compliant integration solutions
- Define integration architecture and produce technical designs and flow diagrams
- Develop and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) services
- Create modular and reusable components to support evolving business needs
- Ensure integrations follow security, data protection, and compliance guidelines
- Design and manage data handling and storage mechanisms
- Deliver highly available integration solutions with minimal downtime
- Provide accurate development estimates and contribute to task planning
- Maintain clear technical documentation, including design artifacts and code annotations
- Work collaboratively with team members while independently owning assigned deliverables
- Adhere to and improve development standards, version control, and documentation practices
- Support business users by troubleshooting integration issues, reviewing logs, and analyzing payload errors
- Monitor and maintain OIC dashboards and operational metrics
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Strong working knowledge of OIC and VBCS platforms
- Advanced proficiency in Java
- Proven experience working with EDI standards , including:
- EDIFACT
- X12
- TRADACOMS
- Demonstrated expertise in implementing EDI integrations using OIC
- Hands-on experience with SFTP- and AS2-based EDI communication
- Solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns and data transformation concepts
