Ohio Seasonal Honors Reviewer Manager

To support the evaluation of applications for the Honors Program, the part-time Seasonal Honors Reviewer Manager will supervise ten seasonal reviewers, conduct training sessions, and perform holistic reviews of applications in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Supervise and provide training and feedback to seasonal honors application reviewers Conduct holistic evaluations of domestic and international applications for the Honors Program Maintain up-to-date knowledge of enrollment goals, policies, and procedures while ensuring confidentiality of admission files Required qualifications Bachelor's degree, preferably in counseling, human relations, or education Knowledge of high school guidance or teaching practices Familiarity with college/university policies and admissions processes Ohio residency during the duration of the role Successful completion of a background check
