Providing high-quality, evidence-informed psychotherapy for patients with substance use disorder, the full-time Ohio Licensed Therapist will deliver individual and group counseling through a remote telehealth model while collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team. Key responsibilities Deliver 1:1 and group psychotherapy to clients using a remote care model Coordinate treatment plans and collaborate with peers and prescribers to support integrated care Contribute to the design and improvement of the therapy program and workflows Required qualifications Active Ohio license for independent psychotherapy (e.g., LISW, LPCC, LICDC, psychologist license) 5+ years of experience providing psychotherapy to individuals with substance use disorder Experience in a collaborative, cross-functional care model Comfort with telehealth and HIPAA-compliant technology for clinical care Ability to work independently in a remote environment and adapt to an evolving program
