As a full-time Ohio Licensed Telephonic Case Manager, the candidate will manage initial and ongoing clinical assessments via telephone, advocate for injured workers, and coordinate medical services in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Conduct initial and ongoing clinical assessments to evaluate injured workers' needs and treatment plans Communicate effectively with claims examiners, clients, and other stakeholders to build relationships and facilitate care Identify and address issues related to recovery delays and negotiate treatment plans with medical providers Required qualifications Current unrestricted RN license in a state or territory of the United States Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred or equivalent work experience Certification in case management, rehabilitation nursing, or a related specialty is highly preferred
