Providing outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Ohio Licensed Social Worker will manage client treatment plans and deliver compassionate mental health care remotely, with a flexible Monday to Friday schedule. Key responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients Utilize telehealth technology to deliver therapy sessions and maintain client communication Collaborate with clients to achieve their mental health goals while ensuring patient safety and confidentiality Required qualifications Master's level degree in social work and active licensure as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in Ohio Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment planning Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is preferred Ability to maintain a private workspace compliant with HIPAA regulations
