Ohio Licensed Remote Therapist

To support a growing virtual mental health practice, an Ohio Licensed Remote Therapist will provide outpatient therapy to lower to moderate acuity populations, manage a consistent caseload, and operate in a fully remote environment with minimal administrative burdens. Key responsibilities Deliver 100% remote outpatient therapy sessions, including 60-minute intakes and follow-ups Maintain a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals and no inpatient or crisis-call responsibilities Exercise clinical autonomy in treatment decision-making while collaborating with an in-house referral network Required qualifications Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA) Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings is highly desired Proficiency in structured, skills-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed care is preferred Strong clinical judgment and comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload
