To support a growing practice, the remote contract Associate Therapist will provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population while benefiting from administrative support for scheduling, billing, and insurance tasks. Key responsibilities Deliver telehealth therapy to clients, focusing on the Medicaid population Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans and conduct thorough assessments Accrue clinical hours toward independent licensure while managing a diverse caseload Required qualifications Valid LPC license in good standing in Ohio Master's degree in Counseling with a minimum of 6 months of hands-on therapy or assessment experience Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and digital tools HIPAA-compliant home office setup for confidential virtual sessions Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred
