Leading the development and implementation of pricing strategies for Property & Casualty products, the full-time Ohio Licensed Pricing Leader will oversee a pricing team, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborate with senior leadership to drive profitability and innovation in a remote work environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive pricing strategies aligned with business objectives and market conditions Provide strategic direction to the pricing team to achieve product line objectives and monitor financial performance Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage all rate reviews and filings related to pricing Required Qualifications: Undergraduate degree in actuarial science, business, finance, mathematics, economics, or a related field Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS) designation preferred Typically ten years of related experience in pricing, actuarial, or product roles Five years of prior management experience preferred Strong foundational knowledge of technology and actuarial data and tools, with advanced modeling experience preferred
