To enhance clinical outcomes and streamline pharmacy operations, the full-time remote Ohio Licensed Pharmacy IT Analyst will analyze business needs, optimize workflows, and implement technology solutions that support medication management and patient safety. Key responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document clinical and business requirements from pharmacy and clinical stakeholders Design, configure, implement, and support technology solutions that improve medication management workflows Maintain and optimize Epic Willow Inpatient and related pharmacy applications to ensure reliable system performance Required qualifications Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BS Pharmacy) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited institution Active Pharmacist licensure with a minimum of one year of pharmacy practice experience Four or more years of experience supporting clinical or administrative healthcare information systems Strong knowledge of inpatient pharmacy operations and medication management workflows Experience supporting EHR platforms, clinical applications, or pharmacy information systems
