Providing expert clinical guidance over the phone, the full-time Ohio Licensed Outpatient Registered Nurse will support a high volume of calls in a dynamic call center environment, working Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, while ensuring patients receive appropriate care based on their needs. Key responsibilities: Conduct initial and ongoing health status assessments for patients Document planned nursing interventions and evaluate patient outcomes collaboratively Participate in process improvement activities to enhance clinical quality and customer satisfaction Required qualifications: Associate's Degree in Nursing Current RN license in Ohio Basic Trauma Life Support (BTLS) certification Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification Minimum of 5 years nursing experience, preferably in a primary care or ambulatory care setting
