Ohio Licensed Oncology Staff Nurse

To support oncology patients through remote care, the full-time Ohio Licensed Oncology Staff Nurse will manage telephone assessments, triage calls, and coordinate nursing care while ensuring positive patient outcomes and adherence to established protocols. Key responsibilities: Manage and provide nursing care to patients and their families, directing care provided by the patient care team Conduct initial call assessments and triage calls based on established algorithms Document assessments and management of calls in the electronic medical record and assist with post-discharge follow-ups Required qualifications: Degree in Nursing from a CCNE or ACEN accredited program Current Ohio RN license or interim permit Preferred 2 years of experience in a relevant care setting, with a focus on oncology or triage Oncology Nursing Certification (OCN) is preferred Demonstrated computer skills to meet job functions
