Overseeing the facility's resident assessment process, the full-time Ohio Licensed MDS Coordinator will ensure accurate completion of MDS assessments, provide training to new MDS Coordinators, and track effective utilization of PDPM tools, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Provide oversight on facilities' weekly PDPM meetings and track effective utilization of PDPM tools Create clinical reporting systems and hold monthly workshops on PDPM and CMS-related regulations Ensure accurate and timely completion of all MDS Assessments and coordinate interdisciplinary participation for new admissions Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or an equivalent MDS certification is preferred Experience in clinical and management roles, preferably in a regional or corporate setting Knowledge of CMS/OIG surveys and regulations Strong analytical and reporting skills
