Overseeing the facility's assessment processes, the full-time Ohio Licensed MDS Consultant will ensure compliance with guidelines, manage PDPM meetings, and provide training while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Provide oversight on facilities' weekly PDPM meetings and track effective utilization of PDPM tools Create clinical reporting systems and hold monthly workshops on PDPM and CMS-related regulations Ensure timely completion of MDS Assessments and coordinate interdisciplinary participation for new admissions Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent MDS certification is preferred Experience in clinical and management roles, preferably in a regional or corporate setting Knowledge of CMS/OIG surveys and regulations Strong analytical and reporting skills
