To provide outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Ohio Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will manage client care remotely, focusing on mental health and substance abuse treatment while enjoying a flexible Monday to Friday schedule. Key responsibilities Deliver outpatient therapy services to clients via telehealth Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients Collaborate with clients to achieve their therapeutic goals and maintain comprehensive assessments Required qualifications Master's level degree in a relevant field and valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred Ability to work in a home office that meets privacy and HIPAA requirements
