To optimize clinical and operational workflows, the full-time Ohio Licensed Epic Senior Analyst will design, build, test, and support Epic applications while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure efficient system integration and compliance in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and design Epic configurations that align with operational goals Manage smaller projects related to system implementations and upgrades, utilizing various project management methodologies Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and processes, while mentoring junior analysts Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field 5-7 years of experience in system analysis and support within a healthcare environment Experience with Epic applications and healthcare workflows Strong skills in requirements gathering, workflow design, and testing Epic Training Environment Build certification and 3+ years of experience for the Application Training role
