Leading the daily operations of the coding team, the full-time Ohio Licensed Coding Supervisor will manage workflow, staffing, and performance while ensuring accurate and compliant coding practices in a remote setting. Key responsibilities: Oversee workflow and staffing of the hospital coding team to promote efficiency and compliance Coach and develop team members while monitoring productivity and quality outcomes Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process improvements and support coding policies Required qualifications: Associate degree in health information management or related field Proficiency in hospital inpatient coding with ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS At least 1 year of inpatient or outpatient coding experience RHIA, RHIT, CCA, CCS, or CPC certification Experience with reimbursement methodologies, including MS-DRG and APR-DRG
